We adapt either traditional Waterfall or Agile processes to each partnership and sometimes to each project. Our Agile process is based on both SCRUM and XP methodologies, and is widely considered the best and most efficient process for distributed development. We’ve even invented an improved Agile QA process that helps perfect your final product.

Our comprehensive, multi-level security systems monitor the movement of personnel into and out of our facilities, including 24/7 security at our offshore development facilities. We also monitor data, email and voice communications through secure VPN, encrypted email and encrypted VOIP. We perform extensive background checks on all our employees, and we control access to customer IP by isolating systems and restricting employee access at multiple levels.
Past, present and future
Most of our competitors moved from the IT world where they installed, integrated and operated other people’s products, into trying their hand at development.
